Think about stressful events of the day.
Put yourself back in the moment, using as many senses as possible.
Fix it in your mind.
Then recreate the scenario, adding humorous and cartoon-like features to the people and the scene.
Go through all the stressful events of the day, making them humorous.
This discharges negative emotion that builds stress.
We hear this phrase often and typically we feel it is “cleaning up our house or our home”. While that is true, there are also many other places where we need to do some “clutter clearing”.
Relationships ~ How many relationships do we have that are toxic? These don’t necessarily have to be partner relationships, they can be family or friends as well.
Do you have people that you continue to talk to, that just rub you the wrong way?
Or they put out a lot of negative energy? Clear that clutter!
Another area we may not think of as often is our “spiritual house”. Our spiritual house is divided into to two parts. First, is our beliefs. Are we hanging onto or vested in some spiritual beliefs that don’t resonate or jive with us? Perhaps these are childhood beliefs that were instilled as we grew up. Or perhaps these are certain beliefs taught to us by the folks we “run with” or socialize with.
The ones that no longer serve us, we need to let go of.
We cannot grow and thrive off of someone else’s thoughts or deductions, if we don’t believe them to be our personal truth, for our highest good. We can only use what resonates with us, what feels comfortable, and what works in our day to day lives, spiritually.
The second part of clearing our “spiritual house” is clearing ourselves up physically. Many of our eating habits, food addictions, diets, etc…… stem from childhood. That doesn’t make those ways of eating
wrong, however some of these habits can clutter our “spiritual house”, which is contained in our “physical body”. Reading and researching is a great way to learn how to clear your ‘physical body clutter’.
Start with eliminating sugar and drinking lots of water.
Then go back to the way our ancestors used to eat. Many people turn to the Paleo lifestyle to do this.
Soon you will see the benefits spiritually, as well as physically.
Finally, everything you dismiss, clear or send away, while “clearing your clutter” , whether it is house clearing, relationship clearing, or spiritual house clearing, be sure to send away what is
no longer of service to you, with LOVE.
Meditation is one of the greatest forms of self care that you can do.
And it is SO simple. You don’t need a yoga mat, or a tub, or candles or oil, you just need yourself and a
few minutes. I like to have a little soft energy music on sometimes.
That also helps you “time” your meditation, if you are on a tight schedule.
Getting up in the morning and preparing for your day, no matter what day it is, is usually methodical and repetitive. Every day we are showering, dressing, brushing teeth, grooming – whether applying make up or shaving, eating, etc etc………
Somewhere in there can we schedule 10 or 15 minutes for a morning meditation? It doesn’t even need
to be that long. Five minutes even, just to check in before your day begins.
Meditation doesn’t have to be anything fancy, although there are many guided meditations. It can be just simple quiet time where you listen for messages. Or put in “requests”. Or ask for help with your day.
Try starting with 5 minutes a day. Not necessarily in the morning, although I prefer that,
just to “set up” my day.
After 5 minutes has become comfortable, do 10, and so on. Some people like to
just sit in silence, other’s like a bit of music, while others need listen to
guided meditation. Guided meditation is simply someone’s recorded voice telling
you what to imagine, what to see, how to be. They can be found on CD’s or You Tube,
or downloaded to your favorite device.
Meditation will change your world………….it has mine.
Akasha is a Sanskrit word meaning “aether”, “space” or “sky”.
The Akashic Records contain all knowledge of human experience as well as the cosmos, encoded or written in the aether of fabric of all existence. They are on a non-physical plane described as a library.
I picture it as an infinity sized room filled with files that I am able to access through training and the Pathway
Prayer. It is also known as the Hall of Records. The records are not specific to any religion and are available to all.
While in “the records”, I can access your soul’s essence, expression, potential and purpose.
The records can be a tool used in manifesting your life’s purpose.
The Akashic Records are not the same as past life regression. Although I
will access information about your past, your entire human experience is there
for me to access. Past life regression information is obtained when the healer directs the client through
their past lives, where the clients actually access the information.
In the Akashic Records, I receive the information and pass it on through
Why would you want to access your Akashic Records?
1) To obtain more information about your soul and your Soul Purpose in this lifetime
2) It helps you understand how we create our present life circumstances through our past choices, either in this lifetime or a past lifetime.
3) To clear ~ When we have a conscious understanding why we do certain things or behave certain ways, we are able to clear restrictions and
follow our Divine Path.

It is stifling to be in one place for too long. What is “spreading your wings”?
Certainly not being attached to one place, one lifestyle, one situation.
I lived in the same house for the first 16
years of my life. We then moved down the street and I lived in that house for the next 2 years.
Then I spread my wings.
I think staying in one place throughout my child hood, is why staying dormant is
so comfortable for me. This has been a constant battle for me over the past 10 years.
I have tried to “stay put”.
I lived in one house for 7 years, and I had planned to live in my last
house for the rest of my life. Wow was I wrong!
Now I joke and say I am “homeless”. It is a very strange feeling. I guess a better way to put it is “in
transition”. I’m waiting for the next leg of my journey to take off.
It’s strange but true how the things we
fear the most, the things we are constantly “bumping up against” are the things
we are soon faced with. We give the potential situation that we fear, so much energy, that we actually draw that situation to us. The “law of attraction” comes into play.
“What we think about, we bring about” ~ The Secret by Rhonda Byrne
“I don’t ever want to move, I don’t want to move, I am never moving”!
That is a lot of energy put into exactly what I DON’T want.
And so it is ……….. I move.
If we can’t get past our fears, if we can’t heal them,
we provide them the daily thought and energy that they need to come to fruition.
Hence the phrase, “my worst fear came true”.
I always say to prepare yourself for transition or for the “next leg of your journey”,
it is time to “get out of the driver’s seat, get into the passenger’s seat, and hold on tight!”
The following came to me in a dream state 5 or 6 years ago:
“It’s like going to the beach.
When you are ready to leave, you want to clean off your feet.
So you wash them in the ocean.
But how do you really get your feet clean ~ while you are still standing in the sand?”
There is a line in a country song that goes, "how do you keep your feet on the ground, when you know
you were born to fly?"
